Job Description:
- Evaluate well design alternatives to provide auditable design basis for chosen development plans.
- Perform Drilling Engineering functions.
- Challenge all well designs as part of a peer review process.
- Direct overall well planning operations and in doing so serve as an Operational Excellence Champion.
- Focus on the leading indicators of safety and well construction.
- Provide mentoring to newly hired engineers.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
