Job Description
To manage the overall SME credit documentation and administration processes and ensure that all loan disbursement and drawdown activities are completed only upon issuance of Security Compliance Certificates. To exercise authority over the collateral perfection and registration process to ensure that all security taken by the Bank is valid, complete and enforceable.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
BCA Quality Assurance  Reviews, preparation and issuance of Banking Facility Letters, monitoring and control of covenants and risk triggers, custodial responsibilities and liaision with external valuers, Insurers and Legal Counsel. Completion of internal KRIs and Group/Regulatory Reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors Degree in any Nigerian University
3-5 years relevant experience in credit risk management role
Working knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in Nigeria
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Managerial and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
working knowledge of computer applications and functionalities

Job Description
• Managing the credit Card policy
• Maintain Credit Card portfolio quality within the budgeted parameters for the portfolio
• Assist in Credit Card product development and its delivery standards
• Reviewing Credit Card product policy and operations and recommend changes
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure Credit Card Product program review and approvals.
• Analyze the performance of the Credit Card product portfolio in terms of business  targets vs actual, quality of portfolio, costs and profitability.
• Help in Launch new segments planned during the year.
• Interact with Credit Card Underwriting team / RMs to ensure correct interpretation of Product Policy.
• Day to day management of policy related matters.
• Market Evaluation – Constant Competition Monitoring to keep abreast of Competition Acquisition promotions activities
• Evaluate Credit Card program performance and incorporate learnings for future programs
• Revamp and Realign existing features to add / modify product features towards maximizing product proposition.
Vacancies in Nigeria Qualifications & Skills
• University degree (B.Sc): Minimum of second class lower. Preferably Qualifications in Management / CA with extensive proven track record experience.

■Caring out market research, competitor survey and customer surveys as and when needed or advised by divisional head- Sales.

■Identify improvements required for the product/ packaging
■Identify quality problems, if any and send reports to Hong Kong Office
■Keeping abreast of the latest introduction of items by competitors/ their pricing etc.
■Preparing strategies for budgeting sales value/ volume with Divisional head, based on the information on competitors
■Realization of outstanding from the customers and ensuring that all outstanding are realized before the stipulated time and at any point of time outstanding should be within the credit limit as approved by management.
■Making extensive travel to explore the feasibility of penetrating deeper in remote areas.
■Developing new items/ generating creative ideas in developing new items.
■Training the sales team
■Guide the sales team in achieving their targets.
■Collect sales data from sales team
■Advising sales team on sales plan
■Maintain and develop computerised database on existing customers and prospective customers.

Qualifications et experience
■OND/HND or a Graduate in Marketing, Business Management or Economics
■Must have at least 3 -5 years sales experience in Advanced Power Solutions / Solar or related industry
■IT skills must include above average ability to work on Excel and MS Word.
■Fluent in spoken English and adept at written skills in English.
■Knowledge of Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba is a must.
■Acts with honour and character – A person of high integrity who is direct and truthful but at the same time can keep confidences
