Job description
ACTIVITIES
1.Report to the SPS Package Manager about HSE.
2.Report to the SPS Package Manager about efficiency and potential drifts on quality, planning and cost.
3.Supervise the Yard fabrication team and provide assistance to:
Promote safety on Contractor and Subcontractors Construction locations,
Verify constructability documents submitted by CONTRACTOR, and ensure compliance to the Contract requirements,
Supervise the works being carried out and be proactive on possible schedule and quality issues may arise
Participate, to any technical or co-ordination meeting between Contractor, Sub-Contractors and Third Parties (i.e. Installation Contractor, Marine Warranty Surveyor etc)
Communicate with COMPANY and provide a daily report of the activity,
Ensure mechanical completion, supervision al testing (i.e FAT, lifting test etc) and supervision load out and seafastening on to the installation Contractor vessel/barge.
4.Provide assistance to SPS Package Manager on dossiers related to Contractor Construction change orders requests and participate in CO negotiations.
Job requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND
Qualification: Degree level qualifications in an appropriate engineering  discipline, plus relevant courses in Safety, quality control , planning and construction.
Professional Experience (number of years): 10+ years experience in jumpers fabrication works in yards and offshore  installation works. Experience at a supervisory level / client representative at fabrication yard / offshore  locations for a period of minimum 5 years is required.



Should be a Computer literate to prepare reports. Should also have good knowledge of industry engineering  standards, quality control , safety and environment awareness and have good ability to interpret and review method statements, inspection and test plans, construction schedules and drawings.

Job description
Responsible for the efficient, safe and effective day-to-day activities at Heliport base in accordance with DGEP rules
- Organize and establish air transport planning for passengers
- Organize and establish marine transport planning for passengers
- Focal point for passengers transportation to various site
- Establish personnel transport planning
- Responsible for personnel manifest
- Operate the computer system (PTS or any other similar system…) for passengers transportation
- Provide all sites with material, fuel  oil, kerosene, water, food …
- Develop professional relationship with others operators in order to optimise the helicopter booking rate
- Liaise with vessel aircraft / helicopter captain to ensure safe and efficient boarding / deplaning
- Liaise with Marine Specialist and logistics  operations superintendent regarding Vessels & Marine operations and Vessels planning and unloading/loading operations
- Coordinate operations with Drilling , Exploration and production  entities for passengers booking
- Maintenance of records and statistics to ensure accurate reporting, KPI, these records being used for cost allocation and invoice checking
- Ensure that contractors are following and complying with DGEP rules
Job requirements

• Meet with contractors and authorities on a regular basis and have open channels of communication to expedite contract close out and cost recovery
• Contribute to establishment of the department’s budget
• In direct link with JV for the follow-up of the budget mainly cost allocation and shared base
 
Job requirements
High potential of increase in reserves and operated production
• Strong presence of the concessionaire NNPC and its subsidiary ( NAPIMS) as well as the local mining authority ( DPR)
• Demanding associative context, with strong participation of the partners (Sapetro, CNOOC and Petrobras)
• University degree with 5 years experience in all aspects of HSE, risk awareness, incident/ accident investigation and reporting and MEASTRO management systems
• General knowledge in oil industry marine logistics

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strategies and plans for the nationwide development of Lubricants and related service offerings
