General Summary:
AECOM seeks a Chief of Party for an upcoming USAID-funded agricultural value chain development, market linkages and competitiveness program in Nigeria. The multi-year program will be aimed at improving and developing value chains, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), market linkages and competitiveness to promote and facilitate sustainable economic growth, as well as increase food security and reduce poverty.

Job Qualifications:
· Previous Chief of Party experience on donor-funded agricultural value chain/sector and enterprise development programs, including significant hands-on and field-level experience.
· At least ten (15) years of experience directly in or closely related to agricultural development, agribusiness development, competitiveness, market linkages and/or value chain strengthening.
· Master’s degree or higher in relevant field. Bachelor’s degree with significant professional experience is also acceptable.
· A strong working knowledge of development and foreign aid, with emphasis on the priorities of USAID.
· Prior experience in Africa is preferred but not required.
· Fluency in written and spoken English required.
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

We currently have an immediate need for a Spare Parts Coordinator in Accra, Ghana.
Assures integrity of buffer Stock.
Accurately update of VASP.
Maintains appropriate inventory levels by scheduling efficient shipping and receiving of freight.
This involves coordination and rotation of stock to allocate space.
Follow up and arrange the domestic and international shipments.
Provide daily shipping and receiving reports. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results.
Provide shipping documents to Third Party logistic company and follow up on status.
Supervise and coordinate activities of picking, shipping receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, and maintaining stock records in warehouse.
Supervise labeling and casing or packing of materials or products.
Works closely with Global repair enters and Service Delivery Managers to ensure all deliveries are managed effectively to gain maximum utilization of warehouse space and manpower.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Social Science of Business Administration or equivalent.
Degree in Engineering field is an added advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience in similar position.
Working knowledge of Spare Parts Management is required.
Good written and spoken English. Excellent reporting skills

The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable Nigerian Nationals for the following positions at the Institute’s Headquarters, Ibadan.
Duties
Successful candidate will among other things:
Monitor daily work performance of the outsourced security services provider
Coordinate effective/efficient patrol of the Institute campus;
Initiate immediate response to emergencies like fire, theft; etc
Conduct security investigations and submit a comprehensive report to the Security Manager;
Conduct regular fire safety audit;
Ensure that all security operational equipment are in good working condition.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor .
Job Qualifications
BSc/HND or equivalent in relevant fields of study with at least 5 years of cognate experience in security and crime investigation work in any of the uniformed services. Not below the rank or equivalent of Inspector in the Police Force.
Applicants must have good physique, high integrity and be knowledgeable in work planning.
He must also be committed, resourceful, honest and must possess very good driving skills with a valid drivers’ licence.

  • Attend to requests for recruitment of National Staff.
  • Prepare draft job advertisements and advise the Personnel Manager on mode of advertisement.
