History of the Lagos Leadership Conference The story of the Lagos Leadership Conference (LLC) dates back to 2007 when the Visional /Convener of the Conference Pastor Charles Dunebari Kpandei, then the Assistant Provincial Pastor, Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Lagos Province 7 and Parish Pastor, Victory Chapel (My Father’s House), Magodo by divine inspiration sought to address the Leadership question in Nigeria from the Christian perspective. With the avalanche of supposed Christians in positions of leadership in all spheres of life, operating in different sectors/industries, the overall positive impact/effect of their presence ought to be felt, leading to the all round wellness of the Nigerian nation at large.
